Roastara Shipping Policy

At Roastara, we roast fresh coffee to order and ship it directly to your door. Please review the following policy for details on how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Where We Ship

Roastara currently ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 PM (local time) are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

All orders ship from our US-based roasting facility.


4. Shipping Providers

We ship using trusted US carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@roastara.com so we can assist you.


7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, Roastara is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Carrier issues

  • Unforeseen logistical problems
