Roastara Return & Refund Policy

At Roastara, we take great pride in roasting fresh, high-quality coffee. We want every customer to have a great experience with our products and service. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.


1. Freshness Guarantee

Because coffee is a perishable, food-grade product, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe it is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@roastara.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will do our best to make it right by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.


2. Merchandise Returns (Non-Coffee Products)

Non-perishable items such as brewing gear, mugs, or apparel may be eligible for return if:

  • They are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Roastara is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers.


4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are roasted or dispatched. Once your order has been roasted or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
